    Specialty coffee refers to high-quality coffee that is grown in specific geographic regions. It involves coffee beans that have been carefully selected and cultivated for their unique flavour profile.
  • What types of coffee beans do you offer?
    We only bring you single-origin specialty beans coffee beans that are selected from the top 3% of available coffee in the world.
  • Where do your coffee beans come from?
    Coffee is a crop and as our coffee is single origin it changes all the time. You can find detailed information on all past and present coffees in our coffee journal.
  • How do you roast your coffee beans?
    Every coffee is different, but we never roast dark. We always roast to bring the maximum origin flavour.
  • Can you grind the coffee beans for me?
    Yes, we can. We have two options for grinds: Immersion or Pour Over.
  • What does Immersion coffee mean?
    Immersion coffee is when ground coffee is immersed in hot water for a fixed period of time. Examples of this are French Press, Clever Dripper, and Hario Switch. This is our preferred method of brewing coffee at home as it offers repeatable and consistent results.
  • What does Pour Over Coffee mean?
    Pour-over coffee is when the water is poured through the ground coffee. Examples of this are V60 and Chemex.
  • What's the best way to store coffee beans?
    Ideally in an airtight container, away from light, heat, and moisture. Store the container in a cool, dry place.
  • What brewing methods are recommended for your coffee beans?
    For brewing filters at home, our preferred method is immersion as it offers repeatable and consistent results.
  • How long does shipping usually take?
    3 working days from the date of shipping. All our deliveries are tracked, so you will always know where your package is.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    Not yet. Hopefully soon.
  • Do you offer subscriptions or recurring orders?
    Yes. Join one of our subscription options for hassle-free recurring orders delivered through your letterbox every week / two weeks/month

    We only buy coffee where we know the farmer was paid a fair price for their hard work. We believe that coffee should be a force for good in the world, and our commitment to ethical sourcing is just one of the ways we strive to make a positive impact.

  • How often do you roast your coffee beans?
    We currently roast once a week. All coffees are freshly roasted and always arrive with a roast date.

    Yes, we do. We have two London locations...
  • Do you offer decaf coffee options?
    Not yet. We will very soon though.
  • Do you offer any blends, or are all your coffee beans single origin?
    We will never offer blended coffee. Why? Because we are purists, we only source the most delicious single origins coffee we can get our hands on, each with its unique flavour profile and story.
