Find below.

- Grind: Medium-fine

- Ratio: 1:16 (1 part coffee to 16 parts water)

- Water Temperature: 195-205°F (90-96°C)

- Brew Time: 2-3 minutes

Steps:

1. Place a filter in the pour-over cone and rinse it with hot water.

2. Discard the rinse water and add coffee grounds to the filter (1:16 ratio).

3. Start the timer and pour a small amount of water (twice the weight of the coffee) to saturate the grounds evenly. Let it bloom for 30 seconds.

4. Slowly pour the remaining water in a circular motion, maintaining an even flow rate.

5. Once all the water has been poured, let it drip through the coffee bed.

6. Remove the pour-over cone and discard the filter.
