Inzovu Regional, celebrated globally, hails from a collective of skilled smallholders. Nestled amidst the rolling hills of the region's mid-high altitudes, Inzovu captures the distinct flavor profile that is exclusively endemic to this terroir.

Upon receiving parchment coffee from various washing stations, Rwanda Trading Company undertakes a meticulous cupping process, reserving only the most exceptional lots for the coveted Inzovu Regional blend.

Rwanda enjoys a fortuitous blend of ideal coffee cultivation factors, including elevated elevations, regular rainfall, fertile volcanic soils, and an abundance of the coveted Bourbon variety.

Predominantly cultivated by smallholders, Rwanda boasts a staggering number of around half a million farming families, often tending to parcels not much larger than a single hectare per family.

These smallholders unite into cooperatives, utilizing shared services of centralized wet mills, known locally as washing stations. The blossoming period unfolds from September to October, with the harvest extending from March to July.
