Embark on a remarkable journey through the enchanting realm of our coffee, sourced from the captivating Tolima region of Colombia. Within the awe-inspiring "cañón de las hermosas" nestled in a national park, Surcafe, an association of dedicated coffee cultivators, tends to these beans. Despite enduring the impacts of Colombia's civil unrest and guerrilla conflicts, these tenacious farmers persist in producing remarkable coffee. Their farms, positioned at altitudes ranging from 1500 to 2100 masl, infuse each bean with the distinct essence of the terroir.

Established in September 2017, Surcafe strives for excellence and novel market avenues. Comprising 117 members, including 43 with esteemed organic certification, this resolute association thrives. In late 2021, our valued partner, Siruma, joined forces with Surcafe, contributing invaluable expertise and unwavering support. Through meticulous workshops and precise assessments, we optimize the cultivation process, safeguarding the integrity of the coffee beans. From the tender act of hand-picking to diligent fermentation and solar drying, each stage is meticulously executed to ensure unwavering excellence.

Savor the fruits of their labor as the coffee reaches Surcafe's gathering point, undergoing meticulous cupping evaluations. Rest assured, only the most impeccable beans that meet our rigorous criteria for physical and sensory quality are chosen.
